Best Western Plus West Edmonton

Breakfast was nice, room was big and it was fairly quiet. Noisy doors when closing though. I liked that there was no carpet in the room. Loved the hot chocolate machine at entrance and staff was willing to "stir the chocolate" when it got watery. Staff was very friendly.

Was close to the Mall and within walking distance to shopping and food.

We loved the heated pool and how well maintained it was. Hot tub was meh. The whole pool area was well equipped as was the gym (one of the best we’ve seen as a hotel). Beds were a bit smaller but comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and polite.

The pool was great. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the no carpet.

The hotel was clean, bright and well appointed. It was extremely busy the 2 nights we were there but the staff was still very pleasant, the breakfast ladies kept up with the high demand and the lobby and breakfast area were big enough to handle the crowd.
